Windows leaking again. Two windows in the front. On the plus side, caulking the downspout anchors seems to have stopped the left-side-of-the-house leak. But the downstairs windows are definitely leaking. Oh yes. And it BLOWS. Basically, the two beams above the windows seem to have absorbed a bunch of moisture from somewhere between the upstairs and downstairs, because once again, it doesn’t look like there’s water at the floor of the upstairs, and it can’t just be travelling straight down the wall, because there are interrupting windows between the upstairs and downstairs. If anything, I’d have to say that this is an issue of defective window installation, somehow. And no, I don’t know how. I don’t really understand what’s gone on, to be perfectly honest. But I’ve got a guarantee, in writing, that Jose will make the front of the house waterproof. I know that he’ll find the cheapest way possible to do it, but he’s got a job to do.

Still sucks, tho.
